J. Mahoney
Managing Partner
Jim Mahoney worked as a licensed broker (series 7 and 24 NASD) for
16 years in the Southern California investment community. Jim has
worked his way up through the ranks of Wall Street's most well known
names including E.F. Hutton, Shearson Lehman Brothers and Prudential
Securities. Jim's demeanor and his professional credentials are
Equititrend's greatest assets. He received his MBA with an emphasis
in Financial Management in 1988, and is a Certified Financial Planner.

Thomas
N. Mahoney
Managing Partner
Tom Mahoney has worked as a licensed broker (series 7 and 24 NASD)
for 16 years. Tom earned his ranks in Southern California working
for Prudential Bache and the Venture Capital Group as a broker and
financial advisor. Tom has also managed multiple offices for the
MCM Group in Asia during the late 1990's. Tom's knowledge of the
fundamentals of the financial services industry is a tremendous
asset to Equititrend. He has a BA in Economics from San Diego State
University.

Andrew M. Arms
Director of Investor Relations / Financial Analyst
Andy Arms, who
is in charge of research and all web-based Investor
Relations activities for Equititrend, is a Financial Analyst
specializing in emerging growth and middle market companies. Andy
has
performed extensive research on, and has written stock profiles
for,
over 300 publicly traded companies listed as over the counter bulletin
board and/or pink sheet securities.
