format. Reports vary from one to five
pages in length depending on the complexity of your
company's story, and your specific needs in this area. Reports
are then disseminated to all shareholders and new investors
that Equititrend communicates with during the course of your
I.R. Campaign, and beyond. |

Investor Mailer is conducted. This involves sending
an eye-catching correspondence piece to your current shareholders-as
well as other identified Investors-that offers an "important"
update on your company's stock. Our toll-free Investor Hotline
number is listed on these postcards, and when an Investor
responds, he or she is given a professional, articulate, and
timely update on their stock. Future updates, as well as the
Stock Report, are offered to all callers. Reports are sent
out via email or hard-copy form. "A" investors are
identified via this process, i.e. those that express a willingness
to go into the open market and buy more shares, as well as
those that may be likely to participate in a Private Placement
Offering. All shareholder contact
information garnered from this process is returned to the
client, in list form, monthly. |
